What a great thread.

I will say that I've tried the Vegetarian and Vegan lifestyle for more than one year each, and neither helped me in the long-run. I had to eat meat again due to the vitamin and mineral deficiencies from both Vegetarianism and Veganism foods.

I don't eat a lot of red meat but mostly chicken and fish. I do love a good cheeseburger on occasion.
