Oh, magnesium, right. I use a foot soak (water as hot as can be tolerated) with magnesium salt. got it off amazon. it penetrates through skin and relaxes the muscles and the water cools down to pleasantly warm and is relaxing by itself. I then lather my foot with foot cream and it helps before bed. I also have a bedtime essential oil mix and I put a few drops in the soak. Lavender oil can be used and it would be cheaper than buying a special blend.
