I was switched to Zoloft in the hospital in September. I had wicked stomach issues and felt sick for weeks. It took about 2-3 weeks before I felt the positive effects. It does make me tired (I'm on a high dose) and so I have to take a stimulant during the day. Otherwise it's been a life saver for me.
