If you're trying to post images from Fb/gram, your best bet is to save the image to your computer, then upload it as an attachment (as Fooze has helpfully suggested). |
They are not from Facebook or Instagram. They are from Imgur, an image sharing platform. I don't upload images to PC for a reason.
