Please don't feel guilty about reaching out for help. Reaching out for help, whether someone actually wants to help or not, is much better than bottling things up. But since people are helping you, you should continue to seek their help. A lot of people are willing and able to help someone who is struggling because either they've had experience in struggling themselves or they know someone else who's struggled.

If you think reaching out to them while at work is bothersome to them, you can always reach out to them at different times. You know, before or after work, or on weekends. You can also reach out during their lunch breaks if you know what time they normally eat lunch.
