I'm learning more about cognitive dissonance lately because I can't get it to ****ing stop!

Example: I shipped an order at work that was 25,000 dollars. I know for a fact that it is going to the right place because I have checked it dozens of times. At the exact same time part of my brain is convinced that it is wrong and I'm going to get in big trouble. I'm obsessing over it and can't stop. I'm guessing it's related to my complex PTSD, part of which was losing a high paying job 3 months before my son was born and at the start of my bipolar symptoms.

Sorry for the rambling, just wondering if anyone can relate and give any advice since my therapist is in china for who knows how long. Thanks.
