I would let your gp know about these fitbit readings. You are waaaaaay tougher than i am, i am a big baby about my heart rate getting out of control. An hour seems like a long time.

Thanks, Una. That's scary (and interesting) about the Chinese restaurant. I think I am going to see my GP about it--was kind of avoiding the office during flu season. Especially because my mom has paroxysmal tachychardia--started when she was a teen, and she can't do any sort of aerobic exercise due to it. (I also have trouble exercising--running makes me feel like I'm going to die.) She's been on a beta blocker for years. Sometimes I wonder if some of my panic attacks might actually start with a heart rate increase that then makes me panic? Instead of the psychological symptoms causing the fast heart rate. Like, chicken or egg?
