Here in the uk (as those who have read my posts may already know..) the professionals label us, if we’re fortunate, with the “correct” labels, then leave us to our own devices unless we’re in “crisis” in which case “treatment” may be forced. I’ve actually found a med I’m not allergic to

Some of their standard phrases “you need to help yourself” (that’s probably one of the most benign .. could I say they behave as if they have a limited vocabulary?

Whether it helps, I have no idea. No follow up, nothing.

Sure I could make another 10 minute appointment. I really really don’t want to.

(Feeling like deleting this.. I’ve tried so many ways to “help myself” )

Tempted to stop the med. (blood tests are needed, according to the “info” - this wasn’t given even when I asked)

This is so freakin boring. I’m so tired of being a “patient” when they don’t want to help.
