About 3 weeks I think..

(It was actually a med I tried before but the doctor I had then insisted on stopping it and prescribing Seroquel..Although this particular doctor had a pleasant manner so I “complied” until I became allergic to the Seroquel)

I guess I’ll give it a bit longer.. I managed (sort of) without meds for a while though. I rarely visit doctors (I’m psychically allergic to them)
