Looking at diet restrictions the next few days, on Friday and Saturday, I do eat semi-normal; just no whole grains or fruits/veggies with small seeds. No oatmeal or strawberries. It's Sunday and Monday with practically zero food. I saw the news that our accounts may have been hacked at mfp.
