Hi Oblivion,
Wanted to answer your question about TMS. I found it helpful, I think. I know others who have also done it who found it helpful. You have to be considered treatment resistant to get insurance to approve it. You go every day for about 6 weeks. It's about 45 minutes a day. You can drive yourself home afterwards. They use a magnet to stimulate certain areas of your brain. It doesn't hurt. Feels a little like a woodpecker on your head.
