It's bad for me when the seasons shift. It gets really bad around November when the snow starts hitting hard, and one of my worst depressive episodes happened in February/March, when the snow was melting.
But what season embodies my depression? Maybe summer. Too full, too hot, too much room to disengage from my surroundings. There's something really inattentive/neglectul about summer. like you could be sad and no one will notice because of how hot it is.
Maybe I just don't like it because I'd be stuck at home with no school... bad memories surrounding the heat.
