(((PJ))). I am sorry that you are struggling at this time with the anxiety issues. A good therapist can help you move foreward and teach you some comforting things to do when you are in anxious surroundings or circumstances. Unfortunately, for most people that I have met with anxiety disorders, including myself, it has taken medication and therapy to overcome a lot of the burdens that anxiety can bring. There is also a chat at Psych Central, that can help in some instances, if you are not getting out and socializing enough, but nothing should take the place of needed professional therapy and help. Journaling has been helpful to many with anxiety, in allowing a freedom of expression emotionally.
