Just finished Day 1 of a free 5 Day Challenge FitnessBlender put up quite a while back, 48 minutes total. Today's focus was HIIT and Lower Body Strength. I did the modified versions of most of the HIIT moves and still got a fantastic, sweat inducing workout.

This week I did a workout on 5 days. Now that I am temporarily without a job, I imagine I'll have more free time to exercise.
