The night before I am usually looking forward to my session, but the day of I sometimes get really anxious. It comes and goes, depending on how I'm feeling about my T and what I'm planning to talk about that day. I have found that morning sessions can be helpful sometimes so I don't walk around feeling anxious anticipation all day.
