Agree with Fuzzybear. Without all the info how would we know? We are quite casual when concerned for a co-worker, especially if they vocalize issues, miss more than usual, etc. where I work. We are likely to recommend anything to one another...It is always out of concern, never belittling. I don't think its really possible to just say yes or no.
