I usually thumb through my journal the night before to refresh my thoughts on what I might want to focus on, and try to get extra sleep because often I'm exhausted after a therapy session. I also try to get away early from work or whatever and take half an hour at the coffee shop nearby to transition and slow down from going-doing to reflecting.
Merope-I tend to choose particular clothes for therapy. There's something comforting about a soft sweater or a soothing gentle color that seems to help. So either it's not weird, or we're both weird together.
