Is there anythibg you can do to keep calm? Can you listen to music or watch tv?
(Its crazy because... a couple years ago I was in a really similar situation and someone said the same to me- similar suggestions- and it seemed IMPOSSIBLE back then so I can understand its not so straightforwards for you)
But please. Please try to do things that just- DONT trigger a sense of fear/anxiety. The most strightforward things possible. Sleep if you can. Im serious, if you get anxious enough- feel out of control enough- sleep is always a good option if you can. I love it, Im freaking out/feelinf paranoid/delusional- go to sleep, and wake up in a completely new situation
