The evening before I usually read notes from during the week to get an idea about what I'd like to talk. Then, I'm almost never nervous, except that I usually worry that he might for some reason cancle suddenly, so I always keep my phone turned on during that night (all other nights I turn it off). But with that I'm pretty relaxed.
The day of therapy, I get whatever I like for lunch, eat on the way there, while constantly worrying that some part of my public transport chain will fail. But I don't worry about any part of therapy at that time either.
