I am very upset with the way he behaved. He seems to not really care at all. He supposed to. It is his job!! What is happening with people nowadays? Do they not have sympathy for others?

Anyways, since I have BPD, I can't stop the feeling of hurt and can't stop replaying the incident in my head over and over. You guys have advice for me?

it's things like this that make my blood boil.

why the **** is this person working for an ambulence service if he can't be supportive and understanding?

if that was me, I'd ring back, demand to speak to the person in charge, and report them for what they said (it's so unlikely you will get the same person twice, a hell of a lot of people work for the ambulence!)

I just hope it's not put you off future calls. you did nothing wrong at all
