There's a negative entity bothering me. I feel like I'm walking around in a nightmare. I've been snapping my wrists with hair ties to make sure I'm still awake. My therapist thinks I'm psychotic. I've been writing positive affirmations in my journal but it keeps on sabotaging me. The positive entity has abandoned me. The other negative entities are laughing at me. They live in reflections, so reflections terrify me. It's their world. I have a pdoc appointment tonight.
Should I go to the hospital?
