I am taking steps to get back in shape and Im doing cooking classes. Starting right out at basics. Today was eggs in all shapes and forms.
Poached came first. Well my first was ok but the seconds yolk burst at last minute. I decided to put it on the plate anyway. I wished I had made another but I thought aw stuff it, it's just fun.
Some guy was so rude ! He said that it was worst looking in the whole class. This was a lie. It was a good attempt. He just saw the runny yolk. The other members of the class cremated their eggs or had no yolk. But I forgive him, he was just young loon.

Then came scrambled. I sailed through this as I make it all the time (sometimes in the microwave but that's a secret) Anyway some of the young ones turned their eggs grey and the chef was in stitches!
I learned that proper scrambled egg takes less than a minutes cooking time. But I will stick to my cooking time.
