I had a bad episode of this a few days ago, I believe the day you said your message. It was because I went to a doctor for a doctors note for missing a midterm and it felt like the doctor didn’t believe that I was trying hard enough to get out of depression. He just said I should try to meditate and deep breathe (which I have already tried) and see my pdoc (which I already did). I just was really upset because if a doctor doesn’t think my condition is real, am I just faking it? So I was really upset this day and SH afterwards. I did talk to a friend and called a support line or crisis line, I don’t know what it’s called. But it helped. I felt better after talking to my friend, having some food, and doing some relaxing things.
I am feeling better now and haven’t done anything since last Thursday.
