I have experienced such a state, but I don't think Geodon caused it for me. Though I am no longer taking Geodon, I did take 160 mg for about 7 years. I remember plenty of periods when I was feeling all kinds of strong emotions during that time.

I think the period when I had the least emotions was one when I experienced a year plus long typical moderate to severe depression. At that time I was on a rather large dose of Depakote, and at least a medium dose of Invega (an antipsychotic sort of like Risperdal).

Unlike some people, my "typical" depressions are marked by major anhedonia, but without a typical kind of sadness or emotional affect. They are a bit more like what you describe, but with zero motivation, lack of self-care, and hypersomnia. My worst depressive-type episodes are ones that have mixed features. With them I am far from having few feelings. On the contrary, they are marked by severe irritability, anger, frustration, hopelessness, agony, agitation, and the like.
