I've really begun to feel like I'm overmedicated, and I've been experimenting with my meds to see if not taking the APs will help bring some excitement back into my life. So far I haven't had any ill effects, although I do take them some nights so I can sleep. It's hard to sleep without them, I get maybe 5 hours of broken sleep. But I'm tired of being dependent on these things. Eventually I'd like to come off some of them.
