At moment I take 400 XR and 100 IR. Have recently been able to cut the dose with MD approval.

I have 25mg tablets also for PRN agitation, 1-2 PRN, I have not had to use in quite awhile now but there was a stretch when I did quite often. It was helpful.

Do you take a benzo? A low dose PRN might be helpful?

When I was taking the 25-50 PRN, it was in the mornings. Would feel like I was going to explode into a million pieces and my brain would not shut up. It helped calm that down.
