I force myself into having ‘bad sleep,’ I think.
I take antipsychotics throughout the day, but higher dosages at bedtime. I also take Trazadone. My sleep is usually good, restful, with interesting dreams. But tonight is an example of me setting myself up for bad sleep; I did not take my bedtime meds at my normal bedtime.
I’ve had dangerous sleep problems — sleep-‘walking’ and a return of bad dreams.
You know, what really terrorises me is awakening. I want to sleep forever.
