I'm on a low dose of Seroquel (100 mg) and haven't gained weight on it.

It is excellent for easing agitation, but is really sedating. I've fallen asleep sitting up after taking a dose. For me I usually feel the effects in about 45 minutes.

I take it during the day when I'm what I call "not fit for human consumption", meaning I'm a real misery to be around, and agitated/aggressive.

It helps even when Xanax won't touch it.
