I have taken Lexapro for about 2 years. My GYN prescribed it for anxiety. I am so much better with it. Only take 10 mg dly. I saw my GYN in January for 6 month check up he hinted about trying to stop med. I told him I was not quite ready yet. I don't want to go back to the constant state of worry that I was in. When I started lexapro it was on the third tier for insurance (highest co-pay) now it is in the second tier which helps. But honestly I have tried pozac and celexa, the lexapro worked best for me.
