I’ve been eating massive amounts of chips and coke. Yet I’ve barely eaten anything else since I’m so full from the chips. So my caloric intake is anywhere from 1, 165 to 1,240.
I’m losing weight, but I’m getitng an awful stomach ache from eating this way. I’m also drinking a lot of fluids. Mainly water.
I’ve also been kind of moody, but it’s not work related. Work has been going fine.
If it’s not work, like it usually is, I’m assuming it’s my diet.
Does this sound like diabetes? I do have high blood sugar, and I have a very strong family history of diabetes.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m just not really hungry. So eating junk food is the easiest way for me to get some kind of calorie intake.
