I think it depends sometimes on which organisation you work at. I must confess if I was still working in my previous job/career I would’ve placed my tattoo in a less conspicuous place. I wouldn’t have got the salary I did with too many visible tattoos. Even my male colleagues covered up.

Tattoo story, a couple of decades ago I had a elderly male patient (ex Navy) with an interesting tattoo. The word “ramrod” was tattooed on his 1%. Ouch.
