weight loss forum where i write in more detail. I've really been enjoying the weight loss forum. I use MyFitnessPal too. I've taken up walking and to my surprise i like it! A healthy lifestyle makes the day so much more pleasant! You are going to feel great! Yay BirdDancer! Hugs, Jane.
