I'm sorry you're experiencing this difficulty.
But I'm glad you're seeing a therapist. From my perspective, I think you can just tell her / him. Describe what you've experienced & what your concerns are with regard to it. Assuming the therapist you're seeing is experienced, this is not going to come as a surprise or a shock. S/he has, more than likely, heard it all before.
And it is important to be as honest & forthcoming with your T as possible. It's the only way s/he can best help you. Good luck!
