Do other people get hunger in the middle of the night? With my Seroquel XR 450 mg, I usually fall asleep with no major problems, but I inevitably wake up in the middle of the night (sometimes twice per night like at 12 midnight and 3 am) with major hunger. So much so that I can't get back to sleep unless I eat something. Water alone just doesn't cut the mustard.
In the past, I've often eaten a low calorie/fat free yogurt either right before going to bed, or during my mid-night/early morning wake-ups. Now that just isn't enough anymore.
I'm now starting a serious diet. I am trying to eat a satisfying dinner with some little snacks afterwards, but I need to factor in these middle of the night snacky poohs. Anyone have any suggestions for low calorie/low fat snacks for 3 am?
I usually do fall back to sleep soon after I snack, but I can't get back to sleep if I'm lying there hungry. My dinners are usually at 7 pm with a tiny snack before bed. That's a good 5/6-11 hours before my next officially scheduled meal (breakfast).
