I cant tell you what this is in you, only your own doctors can do that. you are new and one of the things I do when I encounter new people is point them in the direction of the disclaimer at the bottom of the page..

to me that disclaimer means no one here can tell you what is going on in you. and this site isnt supposed to be a substitute for actually seeing a treatment provider (doctors, therapists, psychiatrists.....) in your off the computer location.

what we do here is share a bit about our problems, what our own treatment providers are helping us with and sometimes others here will reply if they have something in common with the post or have a suggestion that has helped their self that may help others with the same problem. but we dont tell each other what is going on in each other (make diagnosis) or tell each other what to do.

What I can do is tell you I had a couple in my mind that were like you described. ......in me.... my treatment providers said they were not alters with my dissociative problems. .......in me...... my treatment providers called
them imaginary friends and psychosis induced identities both of which knocked them out of the running for being part of my dissociative alters because of diagnostic criteria my treatment providers use.

my suggestion is if this continues to bother you and if you want to know what this is in you, contact a mental health treatment provider (therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist....) or your medical doctor. they can diagnose what this is in you and how to best treat it.
