Benadryl actually does help me calm down when I’m having a panic attack. I use it when I’ve spaced and forgot to refill my Xanax. My doc told me I could take a couple at a time if I need to. It tends to make me a bit goofy so I don’t do that if I need to drive or cook
don’t wanna burn my house down.
