I too, do this especially when I am limiting the amounts of food before bed. I was waking up several times, and I actually crave carbs which make me feel full enough to fall back asleep and if I eat something other than carbs I cannot fall back asleep. Carbs are the worst......UGH. So hard when you need to watch the carbs.
I have concluded that I have "night eating syndrome" and I am not sure if it is from my anti depressants or not but I have a sneaking suspicion I am just habitually a carb oholic if there is such a thing...LOL.
