I can demolish a peanut butter jar and 1/2 a jelly bottle in any given time. Two hours after going to sleep. That's what klonopin is lasting now (.75 mg and I won't go higher).
Either that or 1/2 of a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and other 1/2 the peanut butter jar mixed together . Home made Reese's. Hehe.
After that, I fall sleep again for like three or four hours. By that time is about 5AM and I have breakfast. A mug of Cascadian Farm cereal filled to the brim and topped off with Wildflowers honey. Some milk too. Capacity permitting.
I stay awake playing poker and candy crush (at the same time) until lunchtime. Which is about 1/2 a pound of Tavern ham and three or four slices of baby swiss. On whole wheat of course. Only healthy food. Full glass of milk now.
Dinner can be either steak or pork. Never less than eight ounces. Mash potatoes with good gravy and either corn on the cob or beans.
Next day, repeat. This diet is created by Paxil Inc. Not that I was a light eater before.
I'm 5 foot 10 and weight 185 lbs. Good metabolism I guess. Or a nerve wreck.
So, I don't have any good advise for you. Just standing in solidarity. You are not alone.
