Either that or 1/2 of a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and other 1/2 the peanut butter jar mixed together . Home made Reese's. Hehe.

After that, I fall sleep again for like three or four hours. By that time is about 5AM and I have breakfast. A mug of Cascadian Farm cereal filled to the brim and topped off with Wildflowers honey. Some milk too. Capacity permitting.

I stay awake playing poker and candy crush (at the same time) until lunchtime. Which is about 1/2 a pound of Tavern ham and three or four slices of baby swiss. On whole wheat of course. Only healthy food. Full glass of milk now.

Dinner can be either steak or pork. Never less than eight ounces. Mash potatoes with good gravy and either corn on the cob or beans.
Next day, repeat. This diet is created by Paxil Inc. Not that I was a light eater before.

I'm 5 foot 10 and weight 185 lbs. Good metabolism I guess. Or a nerve wreck.

So, I don't have any good advise for you. Just standing in solidarity. You are not alone.
You are so lucky you can enjoy that much food and remain at a somewhat reasonable weight. At 5'10" you probably hold the 185 lbs somewhat well. I'm 5'6.5" and about 175. I don't look extremely heavy, but I do look plenty chunky enough. I'm aiming for 156/154, which at 46 yo is pretty slim and a normal BMI for me.

The peanut butter is a treat I chose because I don't tend to overindulge in it. What made me gain the weight was pretty much what would have made me gain the weight even if I didn't take Seroquel XR. Love for pastries. Oh, do I LOVE pastries! If I could eat anything I wanted I would eat a croissant with jam every other breakfast, and some kind of cake-type baked good the other breakfasts. Lunches would be pizza or sandwiches (or even a dinner type meal), followed by preferably a donut, cup cake, brownie, or some other pastry. Dinner would involve some kind of cheese and meat, with maybe ice cream for dessert.

The problem with too much Seroquel XR (when I'm not determined enough to diet), is that my portions do get a bit larger and I eat all of those glorious fat and carb-laden things I mentioned above. Then sometimes since I'm home alone all day I semi-binge eat on baked goods. On my diet I must eliminate the baked goods, and/or choose them very wisely.
