At my workplace, a supervisor made fun of someone on the spectrum and got slammed for it, as well as a warning. It was definitely not tolerated. I think it depends on the location and the type of people that work there. Fortunately where I work, mental illness is not discriminated against. I'm sorry to hear that you feel people dislike you.
