Good news I found a decent paying job as a coach for kids on the austism specturn. I'm hopeful, with personal knowledge and being able to overcome some things myself, that I'll be a good fit. Perhaps more accepted as well.
I just applied tonight. So we will see...
My nephew has autism. I seen a lot of discrimination with those who had disability. My nephew had been bullied by his therapist, his teacher, his principle because of his disorder. He been threaten plenty of time by those who are suppose to help him. His therapist had him so terrified of the police. It took us a while to get him to trust the police and that was because we had an officer introduced himself and explain that his job was to protect him. I try to educated myself so that I can help him. Going to school was a fight and flight.
