Congrats, Shazerac, & good for you for taking responsibility; I wish I had the fortitude. In the past I've gotten out of it by saying I was bipolar, had been hospitalized & am on SSDI (all by mail). I don't think I could handle the crowds, & if I had one of my famous anxiety attacks it wouldn't be a good outcome.
