I'm thinking of quitting nicotine, sugar, and coffee (not quite all of caffeine) for good. This year I want to focus on my health - both mental and physical, so next year I can focus on other things like career and relationships.
I've pretty much already given up sugar except for the sugar in fruit and fruit drinks. Caffeine: that one is going to be more difficult. I'm pretty much
dependent on it now for waking up, feeling motivated and alert, and, generally, feeling happy. That sounds really sad.
