Between .5 and 1.0 are generally accepted doses for lorazepam. Don't let the size of the pill fool you...it is very potent. Lorazepam can be highly addictive if used improperly...so please make sure to dose following your doctors orders.

My script is for .5 but states I can take one to two pills up to 3 times per day as needed.
