I weigh 178 again. I will walk today for 2 to 4 miles. I had a good eggs with chorizo. I will have a couple hotdogs for lunch. I will have spaghetti and meatballs dinner. The trick will be how to increase the calories with this given menu. My weight gain must be from those high calorie meals I ate, trying to meet my calorie needs as given by my wrist monitor. So for the time being, I will not include the exersize into my calorie target for today. My wrist monitor is obviously in error. I may go back to the settings that replicated what UpDownAround is getting on his monitor for calories spent on exersze.
@UpDownAround: My daughter is a troubled young adult. I do not know what I did wrong in raising her. However, right now this is the way she is. She probably will need to learn the hard way from her future troubles that she will get herself into.
