Being open was not easy for I’ve never done it before...but so tired of being looked and judged by singletons. We’re very uneasy about being truthful to outing our mental make-up. I didn’t mention the DID, but do have Dissociative disorders (basically go look it up no lecture coming here).
We get feelings of being embarrassed of ourselves. Hoping that it gets easier, but history dictates not.
