I weigh 177 right now. I have my meals planned out for today starting with my oatmeal concoction that is made with milk and sugar. I purposely cook it thick so I will need to thin it back out by adding *more* milk. My kind of oatmeal.
I must be getting into better shape. Usually when I rest at a restaurant half way through my walk, it takes some time for my heart rate to drop back down to 100 bpm or lower. Now this is starting to happen much more quickly. This is a good sign. My goal is to walk four miles without stopping, and then after a short rest, walk back without stopping. I am sure this is doable for me in the not too distant future. I think it is a good idea for me to begin to work on my upper body too. I should still have a membership with LA Fitness next door. I have heard of the elliptical exersize machine that I want to try out.
