What about missing memories of doing things like taking out the garbage then, walking by the waist basket later and being like "When did that get emptied?" or ink pens missing only to turn up later in the exact spot that they should be or the same thing with a TV remote or a lighter or keys or wallet and so on? The first time I ever noticed this small-sized items vanishing and returning was whenever I would read ghost stories and began to wonder if it was related to paranormal activity then, when I looked into that I found other people talking about similar experiences in relation to reading about ghosts but, now I'm wondering if it is connected with brief memory loss or lapses or switching or something. This used to happen in stores too with viewing products, hanging on pegs.
Like seeing a product on a peg, looking away for a minute or two then, looking back and it isn't there or wasn't there at first glance but, now is.
Has anyone ever had experiences like this?
