Rut Roh bumpers are expensive, plus they have to pull to make sure the undersupport isn't smushed too ( technical term ) Are you kidding me that the "stay back xxx feet" applies at stop signs? I don't think so: the guy backed into you! HE'S the one who didn't allow proper spacing/distance for the other truck to turn. Call your insurance company and have them fight this for you, if you can.
