This is a great reply Rayne, including the part about goodness or righteousness... that's also how I see it. To me personally, a mental health police and justice system is a dystopian nightmare. Not every kind of problem is solved by police and the justice system [just thinking of the war on drugs for example]. In the end I any such system would be coopted by the powerful. Will people record each and every interaction starting from birth, if nothing else, to protect themselves from accusations?
